This rental is a two story apartment and a truly serene and relaxing space.

On the first floor there is a spacious kitchen and living area with pull out sofa (queen size). The kitchen includes a full size fridge, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, pots & pans, dinnerware, basic cooking tools, and full size range. There is a dining table for two but no formal dining area.

Enjoy the peaceful natural light on the second floor and sleep comfortably in the fluffy king size bed. Also, on the second floor is a detached full bathroom with a stand up shower.

This is a completely private rental and guests have access to the entire space.

The property is located in the Cannonborough Elliotborough neighborhood of Downtown Charleston, which is considered the most upcoming area on the peninsula. The neighborhood is perfect for a couple or a group who is looking to fully embrace Charleston’s unique charm. Step right outside your door and find a wonderfully curated mix of shops, bars, bakeries, and dining. We recommend grabbing a coffee at Island Provisions before exploring King Street, Charleston’s ultimate epicenter of shops and restaurants, which is just one short block from the property. Our guests have a wide selection of walkable dinner options, some of our favorites include Chez Nous, Chubby Fish, Bistronomy by Nico, and Vern’s. Come experience all that our beautiful city has to offer!

• Please be considerate of our surrounding neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
• 1 off-street parking space provided at no additional cost. Additional vehicles must be parked in the nearest parking garage. The designated parking space has vehicle size restrictions of 6.5 feet wide, and 16.5 feet long. If the parking space is too tight for guests vehicles, guests will be directed to the nearest parking garage.
• Tesla and EV charger located nearby for guest use.
• No smoking within 30 feet of the property. Violating this rule may result in fines.
• Check in is at 4 PM, Check out is at 11 AM. Please consider these times when booking travel as we can not guarantee early check in’s or late check out’s.

Charleston is a walking city! Uber is widely available. If guests do have a car, we provide ONE (1) off-street parking space. We suggest to bring an economy size vehicle to help with getting around Charleston’s narrow downtown streets.
