Booking & Cancellation Policies

Please note that our cancellation policies are strict and exceptions will not be made. Alteration requests also follow our cancellation policy guidelines.


Please also note, there are two different policies for different properties.

All cancellations eligible for a full or partial refund will be charged the credit card processing fee of 6.2%.

Small Units Including:


Pool House, Suite 1, Suite 2, Cannon 407, 18 Carolina C,
2 Charles, 179 St Philip St Unit D

Guests who cancel more than 7 full days before the listings local check in time shall receive a full refund. Cancellations that are made within 7 days of arrival are ineligible for a refund.


If eligible for a refund, the refund will be issued to the original form of payment. 


Large Units Including:


118A, 118B, 179E, 33B, 3 Tully, All 30 Night Minimums

Guests who cancel more than 30 full days before the listings local check in time shall receive a full refund. Cancellations that are made within 30 days of arrival are ineligible for a refund.


118 President Home

Guests who cancel more than 30 full days before the listings local check in time shall receive a 50% refund. Cancellations that are made within 30 days of arrival are ineligible for a refund.



If eligible for a refund, the refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
